When ordering a pre-order (or back-order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means if a pre-order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your card/Paypal immediately upon purchases. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
